Kowell PVOVAC P3000 dry screw vacuum pump maintenance completed.

As the saying goes, "Three parts repair, seven parts maintenance"—and this holds true for mechanical equipment as well. Proper upkeep of large-scale machinery is absolutely critical in daily production. Regular maintenance not only helps reduce the likelihood of equipment failures and prevents unnecessary downtime but also keeps maintenance costs under control. Ultimately, it minimizes losses caused by unplanned停機 events, safeguarding your business's efficiency and profitability.

Fault Description: The customer reported unusual noises upon startup and noted that the vacuum level failed to meet production requirements. Visual inspection revealed several oil leakage points. After receiving the customer’s repair request, our initial assessment indicated that the lubricating oil hadn’t been changed for an extended period, leading to severe contamination in the gearbox. Additionally, the cooling water did not meet the required standards, causing the pump body to overheat. This overheating accelerated the aging of the seal kit, resulting in multiple oil leaks. Meanwhile, the bearings were already damaged, increasing the risk of the pump seizing up at any moment. To ensure minimal disruption to the customer’s production process, we implemented a swift and effective repair solution.

Aisituo Vacuum Technology has several experienced maintenance engineers, particularly with extensive expertise in servicing dry screw vacuum pumps. They thoroughly disassembled the entire pump unit, cleaned all components, repaired any damaged parts, and replaced them with genuine factory-original accessories. After completing the repair and reassembly, the pump underwent a rigorous 72-hour operational test before being delivered and installed.
